One clothing size.

Since I started Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution three weeks ago, I've gone down one clothing size.

Life & its curve balls....

This month, I have stuck to my workout schedule and mostly to my eating plan. I have not blogged almost at all because I've been doing all of that, plus working as much as possible, in addition to my usual work hours. My mind has been else where! I also took a mind break and got back into reading books with my extra time.

I'm still chugging along & making progress towards my goals. :)

Getting Back.

I now weight what I did the day before Christmas. Only took three weeks of weight ins to get back to it. :)
